About The Position

Established in 2015, Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is a boutique authentic Japanese ramen restaurant located at Brookline & Braintree, MA. We are well known as high end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on the artificial flavor such as MSG, use fresh ingredient, and most key ingredients are exclusively imported from Japan just for us. We are hiring a Server/Food Runner to join our team. If you are good at customer service, you can make great wages. Ranging from $15/hr to $30/hr plus!

Requirements

• Must be interested in learning Japanese food and culture.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work both lunch and dinner shift.
• Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS.
• Must be a team player.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
• Must have valid TIPs Certification to be a server.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Ramen lovers welcome!

Responsibilities
