About The Position

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a member only Country Club with a Chef driven kitchen, fine dining, Equestrian Center, Pool, Tennis and Pickleball, Fitness Center, Outfitters, River Club, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Life is better out here. The Clubs of Cordillera are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to deliver a level of service that creates an atmosphere that makes our members want to return, giving each member a positive, memorable experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Display strong work ethic and teamwork.
Applicants must be well groomed with no visible tattoos or piercings.

Responsibilities

Maintains a neat, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Prepping the expo line as needed.
Understanding sequence of service steps, training is available.
Ensuring food arrives to members in a timely manner, with proper plating.
Ensuring all plates and supplies are properly cleaned and presentable for service with no defects.
Having the necessary menu knowledge to assist members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
