About The Position

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a member-only country club with a chef-driven kitchen and amenities including fine dining, an Equestrian Center, pool, tennis and pickleball, fitness center, outfitters, River Club, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The Clubs host golf tournaments, private events, kids’ camps, and other activities. The Clubs are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join the Food and Beverage team and help provide remarkable member experiences. The position may offer opportunities for growth and leadership.

• Ability to provide service that creates a welcoming atmosphere and gives members a positive, memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Prepare the expo line as needed.
• Understand and follow the sequence of service steps; training is available.
• Ensure food reaches members in a timely manner and is properly plated.
• Ensure plates and supplies are clean, presentable, and free of defects.
• Maintain the menu knowledge needed to assist members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
