About The Position

KFC is seeking a team member to prepare food and provide fast, fun, and friendly service to customers. The role includes taking and processing customer orders and payments, preparing products, maintaining product quality, monitoring service equipment, and keeping the work environment clean and safe. Team members also unload and stock supplies, maintain required inventory levels, and contribute to recognition and motivation efforts. Training and certification are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Have dependable and reliable transportation.
Have excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
Have the physical dexterity to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
Meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
Have basic math skills.
Complete training certification.
Show enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Be a team player.
Be committed to customer satisfaction.
Have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and payments, and managing customer issues.
Prepare products and maintain product quality.
Monitor service equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
Unload and stock supplies and maintain required inventory levels.
Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
