About The Position

JTM Foods, LLC is hiring full-time Production & Packaging Associates in Erie, Pennsylvania, to help produce and package JJ's Pies and crispies. No manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. Associates work with teammates on production and packaging lines, inspect products for quality, maintain a clean and safe work area, follow food safety and quality guidelines, and learn different positions throughout the production process. Positions are available on first, second, and third shifts, with 8- or 12-hour shifts depending on the department and scheduling needs. Overtime and weekend work may be required. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible new hires, and weekly incentive opportunities are offered. Requirements
