About The Position

Dessert Holdings is hiring a Food Production Worker to build desserts according to instructions while meeting production goals. The role follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other safety and food-quality requirements, maintains a clean and organized work area, and supports production line operations. Training is provided on safety systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP. The posting describes a 1st-shift, 12-hour schedule, four days per week. Overtime and weekend work may be needed.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain safe and clean production conditions.
• Build desserts according to instructions.
• Meet production goals within the required time.
• Keep the work area tidy, clean, and organized.
• Follow dress code and personal hygiene rules.
• Report waste or when stepping off the production line.
• Protect food quality and safety throughout the shift.
• Learn and follow safety systems such as SQF, HACCP, and GMP; training is provided.
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed.
