About The Position

Agri-Mark and Cabot Creamery are hiring overnight Sanitation Technicians for the Cabot, Vermont facility. The role helps ensure production equipment and areas are clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. Technicians clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established food safety and sanitation procedures, handle cleaning chemicals safely, inspect areas for cleanliness and production readiness, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment. The position involves working independently and with a team. The posting describes full-time and part-time openings and lists a 3rd-shift schedule of 10:20 PM–6:20 AM. Starting pay is $21.60 per hour, with progression to $23.79 per hour. Additional hourly premiums apply to specified overnight and weekend hours.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
