About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa Oklahoma to oversee food production, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and manage inventory, ordering, and food service systems. This role involves managing and coordinating daily food production for patients and guests, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations. The manager will collaborate with clinical teams to meet specialized dietary needs, lead, train, and develop kitchen staff, monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget targets, and maintain quality, consistency, and timely meal delivery.

Requirements

• Food production or culinary management experience, preferably in healthcare or large-scale food service
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
