About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa Oklahoma to oversee food production, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and manage inventory, ordering, and food service systems.
Requirements
- Food production or culinary management experience, preferably in healthcare or large-scale food service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily food production for patients and guests.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to meet specialized dietary needs.
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget targets.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and timely meal delivery.
