The Commissary Kitchen, also known as the Food Lab, is a high-volume food production facility located on Madison's east side. This facility supplies all of our Wisconsin restaurant locations. We are currently seeking to hire both part-time and full-time Food Production Cooks to join our team as soon as possible. This role involves preparing sauces, dressings, meats, and vegetables for our restaurant locations, with a strong emphasis on accurate packaging and labeling. The position requires adherence to high standards of cleanliness and quality, necessitating careful following of instructions and protocols. As this is a high-volume production kitchen, candidates should be prepared for tasks such as preparing and grilling large quantities of chicken for extended periods. The team is supportive and aims to make the work environment enjoyable.
