About The Position
As part of Wegmans' manufacturing team, the Food Production Assembly Worker helps keep the operation running smoothly by preparing, assembling, and packaging ingredients used to produce Wegmans Brand products. The role involves teamwork in a fast-paced environment and may require operating machinery and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Manufacturing and/or food production experience.
- Experience working under food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Produce, assemble, and package products, operating machinery and equipment as necessary.
- Label containers and carts, fill out log sheets, and complete tasks on batch cards.
- Perform quality checks and handle products properly to ensure they meet food safety standards.
- Practice safety techniques and comply with equipment maintenance requirements.
- Follow guidelines and labor laws, complete work safely, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate openly with management and coworkers.
