The Food Prep Lead is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales and profitability within the food service area. This role involves managing food merchandising, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, handling financial controls, supervising food prep employees in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year of retail or food service experience, and strong knowledge of business and customer service principles. The Food Prep Lead must be able to operate various food preparation equipment, communicate effectively, and handle customer concerns.
