The Food Prep Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of food items, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves food merchandising, customer satisfaction, facility upkeep, financial controls, staffing supervision, internal/external controls, security, and administrative tasks. The position requires adherence to company guidelines, government laws, and safety codes. The Food Prep Lead may also supervise food prep employees in the absence of the Store Manager and assists in training new employees.
