Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 to join our team at Stamford Hospital, a 305-bed, not-for-profit community teaching hospital located in Stamford, Connecticut. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated food service leader to play a key role in supporting patient care and enhancing the overall dining experience within a respected healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Food Operations Manager 3 will help lead a team of approximately 75 union employees across three service lines, including patient dining and catering. This position will partner closely with hospital leadership and Sodexo management to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
