About The Position

Round One Entertainment is hiring Food Hall Associates for its Yuu Japanese Food Hall department. The role maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the food hall and its common spaces, while supporting stall operators and food hall staff as needed. The employee follows food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, reports maintenance or safety concerns and supply shortages, and may perform other duties assigned by Department and Store Management. The work takes place in a bowling center and arcade environment that is usually loud, with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. The position requires extensive standing and walking during busy times, frequent bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and mobility in small spaces, and handling cleaning equipment and supplies. Lifting or moving up to 100 pounds with assistance is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain food hall seating areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and trash stations.
• Clean, wash, and dry customer-soiled dishes and kitchenware used by stalls.
• Perform routine restroom checks and cleaning to maintain sanitation standards.
• Remove trash and recycling from food hall areas and dispose of waste according to facility procedures.
• Replenish restroom and sanitation supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces throughout the food hall.
• Maintain clean dish-return areas and transport dishware to designated locations in support of stall operators.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties for the food hall and common spaces.
• Launder and maintain kitchen staff aprons.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Department and Store Management.
• Assist with table clearing and dish returns during high-volume periods.
• Participate in food hall lost-and-found protocols.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supply storage areas organized.
• Maintain high ethical standards and report irregularities to management.
• Comply with and maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Support other departments when operationally necessary.
