As a Full-Time Food Court Clerk at Festival Foods, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving up delicious meals for guests. Requirements
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment, multitask, and maintain efficiency.
- Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas.
Nice To Haves
- Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens (training provided!).
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent guest service, including friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Assisting guests with orders and recommending menu items.
- Preparing and serving food court offerings such as coffee, pizza, and popcorn, while adhering to quality and food safety standards.
- Maintaining a sanitary and well-organized food court area, including stocking supplies and updating food safety logs.
- Supporting fellow associates in a restaurant-like setting to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Following food safety protocols and handling equipment such as fryers, ovens, and woks.
- Managing proper temperature controls for all prepared foods.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the team.
- Maintaining regular, timely attendance and providing adequate notice for absences.
