About The Position
TAFM is seeking customer-focused, dependable, and energetic team members to join our Marketplace Grill team as Food & Beverage Support staff! Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and electronic payments, including providing correct change
- Answer customer questions about menu items and services
- Support food and beverage operations, including assisting the kitchen when needed
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked workstation
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
- Communicate order needs, shortages, and special requests to kitchen staff
- Resolve order issues quickly and professionally
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Assist across all areas of the concessions department as needed
