F&B Attendant
About The Position
Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From quick bites to sweet treats, you’ll deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment across our park’s dining locations. Anakeesta is a one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offering dining, shopping, and unforgettable experiences with breathtaking mountain views. Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.
- Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification.
- Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.
- Restock food, beverage, and supply items as needed throughout the shift.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.
- Support other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned.
