F&B Attendant
About The Position
As a Flyover Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant, you’ll use your energy and enthusiasm to elevate the guest experience. You’ll be the host our guests didn’t know they needed, confidently owning the bar and cocktail space with warmth, friendliness, and a genuine sense of hospitality. While following Flyover standards and operating procedures, the F&B Attendants should always strive to maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guests and team members. The wage for this role is $16 USD/hourly, and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender in a full-service establishment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary
- Possession (or the ability to acquire prior to training) of all required compliance documentation: Sheriff’s Card SNHD Food Handler’s Card RAS Certification (TAM, etc..)
Nice To Haves
- Extensive knowledge of Las Vegas and local area a plus
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentability, pay close attention to detail. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are constantly followed including opening and closing checklists. Communicate operational inefficiencies and propose new ways.
- Monitor preparation methods of both food and beverage, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Comply with all Nevada/Las Vegas Health and Safety regulations.
- Champion of Responsible Alcohol Service
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- Share knowledge with guests about Las Vegas and other tourist attractions around the venue.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
