About The Position
We are hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Hotel Saint Louis. This role is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership
- A natural ability to motivate people (and diffuse awkward table situations)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The stamina of a marathon runner and the patience of a saint
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- A love for hospitality that goes beyond “it’s just a job”

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure every guest leaves happier (and fuller) than when they arrived
- Keep the service running smoother than a perfectly reduced sauce
- Train, coach, and mentor staff
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and maximize “wow” moments
- Jump in wherever needed — yes, even polishing cutlery
