About The Position

Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, Florida, is a 15-acre oceanfront property with 214 guest rooms, a 72-slip marina, watersports, event venues, and nine culinary outlets. The resort offers team members a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a variety of guest-facing hospitality, events, marina, and lifestyle experiences. The Food & Beverage Supervisor role is described in the posting as Restaurant Supervisor. The supervisor helps the Restaurant Manager train and develop staff and oversees the restaurant’s daily operations, team, and service delivery. The role focuses on providing guests with an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, effective leadership, and sound restaurant operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Prior cash-handling experience.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
Supervisory experience.
Experience with the MICROS POS system.
TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications.
