About The Position

This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to its proper location, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, and inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use. Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with clean-as-you-go procedures is essential. The role requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and completing safety training and certifications. Ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets are also key. The position involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are important. Ensuring quality expectations and standards are met, and reading/visually verifying information in various formats are also part of the job. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. It also involves grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs or service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
