About The Position
The Outlet Cook prepares food for guests in the resort’s quick-service dining outlets. This role works in a fast-paced team environment and involves food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, safe food storage, and compliance with state health codes. The position may be full or part time and requires morning, night, and weekend availability. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Substantial knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Well versed in cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware.
- Morning, night, and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Cook food for guests in the quick-service dining outlets.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with state regulatory health codes.
- Clean and store food items, including rotating, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
- Help put away deliveries in designated locations.
- Prepare Deli-To-Go items as needed.
- At Wooly’s, help the bartender and cashier make shake cups.
