About The Position

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead Front of House Food & Beverage operations and serve as Manager on Duty. The role oversees three-meal restaurant service, in-room dining and Mini Bar, and banquet and event operations. The manager leads and develops team members, elevates service standards, anticipates and solves operational challenges, and works alongside the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• A post-secondary diploma or degree.
