About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees food and beverage operations, working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations. The role focuses on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience. The manager takes ownership of food programs, drives sales and performance, trains and develops Associates, maintains food-service standards, and oversees inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep. The position offers an hourly range of $23.40–$31.55, commensurate with position, experience, and location, and is eligible for monthly bonus incentives.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee food and beverage operations, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.
Drive food-service sales and performance goals while maintaining quality and consistency.
Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans that optimize results.
Serve as the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and encourage outstanding customer service.
Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
Recognize strong performance and help Associates grow.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food-service area that meets health and safety standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support efficient operations.
