About The Position

Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for their Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93. This is a working management role within a fun, fast-paced, and unique location. Managers are responsible for the supervision, training, and overall management of the food service operation. This includes hands-on work such as prepping food and working on the line, providing guidance and development to staff, and assisting customers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
• Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a leadership role desired

Responsibilities

• Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
• Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Safety and sanitation
• Employee management including scheduling, training, and development
• Work on the line and prep food
• Offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff
• Assist customers as needed
