About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services within a hospitality environment. As an Food & Beverage Manager, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to deliver exceptional dining experiences while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and kitchen procedures.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and presentation meet established standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and tracking sales.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance service efficiency in quick-service or fast-food restaurant settings.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in planning special events or promotions.
