About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees and leads the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including LeBar, CDA restaurant, and In-Room Dining, and supports Banquets as needed. The role focuses on creating exceptional and memorable dining experiences, introducing guests to dining with a French zest, and building authentic connections with guests and team members. The manager leads by example, fosters an engaged and high-performing team culture, and uses strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to guide the team.
