About The Position
Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Accountant, the Food & Beverage Control Clerk maintains records of food and beverage purchases and requisitions. The incumbent reviews reports against physical documents for accuracy and addresses variances. The role may also involve reviewing other commodities as needed or instructed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some accounting experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Successfully pass the department Excel and office skills tests.
Responsibilities
