About The Position

Keep the mountain moving with a fast-paced hospitality role at Mt. Hood Meadows! As a F&B Cashier, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for guests in our restaurants, helping them get what they need quickly and accurately while providing friendly, welcoming service. Whether you’re taking orders, processing payments, or helping guests navigate the menu, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience. In this role, you’ll take guest orders, accurately enter them into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and help keep your service area organized and running smoothly. You’ll also assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and work with your teammates to keep up with the pace of a busy mountain environment. Flexibility is key, as you may move between different service areas throughout the day based on operational needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized when things get busy, and takes pride in providing great service. No restaurant experience is required; just a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team. If you’re looking for a fun seasonal job where you can build hospitality experience while spending your winter on the mountain, this could be a great place to start. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position.

Requirements

At least 14 years of age
Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain upon hire
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Available to work weekends and holidays during winter ski season

Responsibilities
