About The Position

As a Food & Beverage Attendant (Server) at Caribe Hilton, you help create memorable guest experiences through attentive food and beverage service. You bring a friendly, upbeat approach to guest interactions, learn menu details and promotions, take and enter orders, and deliver them promptly. You also keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized while following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make guests’ meal experiences special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
