About The Position

As a Bartender at Caribe Hilton, you prepare and serve beverages while delivering friendly, memorable guest experiences. You mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards; maintain bar supplies and inventory; process payments; address guest concerns, including situations involving intoxicated guests; and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make guest experiences special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize beverages, glassware, perishables, and other bar supplies.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
