About The Position

DO & CO is seeking a Food Assembly Helper in Des Plaines, Illinois. The role supports airline catering by assembling food items and setting up trays according to airline specifications, including hot and cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments. The position must follow the company’s food safety and hygiene regulations and report food safety management system problems to a manager and the hygiene and food safety team. The successful candidate can manage a substantial workload, work independently and as part of a team, and complete tasks within strict deadlines. The work involves spending long hours on foot in environments with varying temperatures, with flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
