About The Position

This is a temporary position for up to 7 weeks. Under the direction of a preceptor, the Food and Nutrition Trainee supports and performs a variety of food and nutritional services and related tasks. These include preparing, cooking, storing, and delivering food; meeting with patients about their food choices; and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a vocational education program at a Technical Vocational School.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform a variety of food and nutritional services under the direction of a preceptor.
