About The Position

The Nutrition Group is seeking a Director of Food and Nutrition to oversee daily cafeteria operations within the Robinson Area Schools K-12 school district. The role requires leadership experience in food service management, compliance, and staff supervision. The Director develops and manages school menus in accordance with USDA and state guidelines, oversees food costs, budgets, and inventory, and ensures accurate accounting and reporting. The position also maintains communication with school district administrators and officials. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven staff management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain necessary clearances and pass background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Food service industry experience is strongly preferred.
