Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven staff management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances and pass background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Food service industry experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage school menus in compliance with USDA and state guidelines.
- Oversee food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Lead and supervise cafeteria staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure accuracy in accounting and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong communication with school district administrators and officials.
