About The Position

Hilton Orlando is seeking a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team, primarily supporting FastBreak, our three‑meal‑period restaurant. FastBreak is Orlando’s ultimate sports bar, serving up all-American eats & a wide variety of beers on tap. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a server lead, bar lead, or Food and Beverage Supervisor. Strong beverage knowledge is required, including the ability to step behind the bar and support bartenders as needed. Computer skills are also required. This is a wonderful entry‑level leadership role with opportunities for growth and development. Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required. The shift pattern requires open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required. The pay rate is $21.42 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, assign daily work, and train team members in all outlet activities and operations
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge
  • Monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
  • Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
  • Create revenue-generating promotions
  • Perform additional duties, as required
