About The Position
This position is a 100% travel task force role with 8 to 12-week rotations. The pay is $23 per hour plus overtime. The company covers all travel expenses, and employees must live in provided employee housing, which includes a roommate and a weekly rent of $112 deducted from payroll.
Requirements
- Ability to travel out of state very frequently
- 2 Years Restaurant Supervisor experience
- Upscale casual experience
- Experience creating schedules
- Must live in employee housing. Will have roommate.
Responsibilities
- Travel out of area for 8 to 12 weeks relieving other Restaurant Supervisors
- Deal effectively with guests, employees and management
- Manages various shifts in outlets
- Creates weekly shift schedules
- Oversee standards of service and ensure they are properly maintained. Handle accordingly when standards are not met.
- Attend company meetings as required.
