Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of catering operations experience.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in an independent environment with minimum supervision and deliver against set goals.
Strong time and project management skills and experience.
Written and oral communication skills, experience in public presentations, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required by business and account demands.
Proficient in basic business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for distribution to guests.
Take and distribute food orders.
Conduct sales transactions on POS (point of sales) system.
Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
Ensure food locations are in compliance with health, fire, ABC and safety regulations. Ensure facilities are inspection ready at all times.
Ensure service, quality and integrity standards are maintained throughout assigned area.
Assist with providing 100% of menu items.
Ensure proper cash control and cash register operations.
Ensure proper inventory and point of sale controls.
Work to meet operating budget on an ongoing basis.
Ensure the assigned area maximizes sales and profits.
Develop, train, supervise and direct seasonal supervisors.
