About The Position

Key West Historic Inns is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation with energy, consistency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the operation, connecting with guests, developing their team, and finding opportunities to make the business even better. In this role, you’ll oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, maintain high standards of service and quality, manage labor and departmental costs, oversee beverage inventory, and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards are consistently met. You’ll also recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop your team while creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or management experience
Fine dining experience preferred
Banquet management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, wine, inventory, and cost controls
A strong understanding of labor management, budgeting, and financial performance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Flexibility to work a schedule that supports the operation, including weekends and holidays
