About The Position

Bring exceptional hospitality to one of the world's most inspiring cultural destinations. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring memorable guest experiences, operational excellence, and adherence to Levy standards. You will lead venue dining initiatives, support team development, and drive efficient execution across all service areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience
• Experience managing restaurant, café, catering, or hospitality operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with inventory management and cost controls

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations throughout the venue
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor labor, food cost, and beverage cost performance
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing processes
• Develop and maintain service standards and operational procedures
• Support recruiting, training, and development initiatives
• Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership on event execution
• Maintain quality assurance standards for food, beverage, and guest service
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with Levy policies and procedures
