Requirements

Minimum 3 years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality sales experience
Experience managing client relationships and event planning processes
Knowledge of catering operations, food and beverage services, and banquet execution
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software
Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Generate catering revenue through proactive sales efforts and client outreach
Respond to inquiries and develop customized event proposals
Conduct venue tours and client consultations
Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, and event documentation
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
Maintain client relationships throughout the planning and execution process
