About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working in a fun environment, particularly if they have an interest in video games, bowling, or karaoke. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, and all staff handling alcohol must be 21+.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol
• One to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment

Nice To Haves

• Bartending experience
• Experience in a bowling establishment
• Open availability, especially night shift and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks, including the bar register when directed.
• Prepares food and beverage items according to company policies and standards.
• Resets and buses the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Conducts all opening and closing procedures, including cash tills and kitchen cleaning.
• Manages food and beverage inventory according to store policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning, including laundry of rags.
• Responds responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment (Karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM).
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Compiles and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management.
