We are seeking a dynamic Foil and Embossing Coordinator to orchestrate the workflow and material management within our Foil Department. In this vital role, you will serve as the central bridge between inventory, production, and quality control. You’ll ensure that every single job is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest aesthetic standards. Requirements

  • Exceptional ability to differentiate, match, and verify colors for high-end, intricate foil jobs.
  • Inherently mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office for tracking and inventory.
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability to flawlessly interpret and execute complex written instructions.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training with a printing concentration is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in foil stamping and embossing is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule the daily production flow; proactively order dies and foil for new jobs and reprints to eliminate production delays.
  • Pull, verify, and file supplies throughout the shift, ensuring the absolute correct die is matched to every job specification.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external department supervisors to streamline production schedules and uphold rigid quality standards.
  • Oversee general department upkeep, including the secure destruction and proper disposal of obsolete materials.
  • Adhere to and actively promote all company safety policies, hazard protocols, and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible, "team-first" attitude by tackling other duties and special projects as assigned.
