Mill Rock Packaging is excited to start our search for our new Die Cutting Operator to support our Production Team. What you can expect to do on a regular basis is: Be in charge of running projects through our advanced die cutting machine (or press). You will manage set up, routine inspections and maintenance, and quality of output. You will be guided by daily production goals and the pulse of the operations team. Engage and mentor your Die Cutting Assistant and, at the end of the day, own the outcome of your daily projects. Be the entrepreneur of your die cutting press.
