About The Position

Topgolf is hiring for an hourly, guest-facing role in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and bend, stoop, and carry items.
Be able to stand and walk for most of the shift and perform ongoing physical tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Greet Players warmly and create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them and learning what brings them in.
Recommend and upsell signature cocktails, shareable food, and game upgrades.
Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Keep the bar clean, neat, stocked, and ready for service, including cleaning glassware.
Collaborate with other Playmakers to provide excellent service and ensure Players feel valued.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant bar.
