About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated team member to help deliver excellent, welcoming experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment. The posting describes an hourly, player-facing bar role focused on connecting with Players, recommending and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and collaborating with the team to provide excellent service. The role requires the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and any responsible beverage service certifications required by law.

Previous experience crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Must retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the day and perform varied physical tasks.
Ability to maintain pace and endurance in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet Players warmly, connect with them, learn what brings them in, and recommend drinks.
Upsell signature cocktails, shareable food, and game upgrades to enhance Players’ visits.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Keep the bar clean, neat, stocked, and operating smoothly, including cleaning glassware.
Work with other Playmakers to provide excellent service and make Players feel valued.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar environment safe and compliant.
