SUPERVISOR, FOH LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The FOH Lead Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of high-quality products and service. This is a full-time position with Compass Group at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, and weekends when needed. The position pays $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. The role includes managing inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste, keeping staff on task and ensuring quality standards and cleanliness, checking that marketing signage is current and appropriate, and upholding company and client policies and procedures. The position requires the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Jersey Mike’s experience is preferred; supervisory and food service experience are required. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensure staff are on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
