About The Position

The FOH Lead Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of high-quality products and service. The role includes overseeing staff and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized operation, managing inventory to limit waste, and ensuring marketing signage is current and appropriate. The position is located at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, and follows a full-time schedule Sunday through Thursday, with hours that may vary. The role requires one year of prior supervisory experience and the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
Ensure staff remain on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
Monitor marketing and confirm that signage is current and appropriate.
Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
