About The Position

The FOH Lead Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service. This full-time role is based at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with hours that may vary. The position requires one year of prior supervisory experience. The pay range is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. Because the role serves an educational facility, work may be reduced or paused during school breaks; these periods may be unpaid and treated as temporary layoffs. Depending on business needs, associates may be required to work year-round, potentially at another location during breaks.

Requirements

At least one year of prior supervisory experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
Ensure staff are on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
