About The Position

Pizza Perfect is hiring friendly, helpful, and efficient Counter Cashiers for its Nashville, Tennessee team. This customer-service role is available on a flexible full-time or part-time schedule and pays $12–$14 per hour, plus tips that average about $4–$5 per hour. Counter Cashiers support food preparation and restaurant operations, serve guests, process payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store. Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation as needed and follow food-preparation specifications for food and beverages.
• Replenish beverages and food-serving stations.
• Wrap food items and arrange them neatly for takeout.
• Prepare bills, accept payments, provide accurate change, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Meet guests’ needs by arranging reservations, taking orders, making recommendations, and serving food.
• Help fellow employees and attend staff meetings to recognize or suggest areas for improvement.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and scrubbing and polishing counters and steam tables.
• Help ensure restaurant operations meet or exceed customer-service standards.
